manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

facilitate smooth onboarding & exit procedures for employees.

handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement activities.

ensure hr compliance and maintain accurate records.

plan and coordinate training & development programs to enhance workforce skills.

educational qualification: bachelor's degree in hr or a related field.

skills & experience: prior hr experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome!

key competencies: strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
