RecruitNest Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated HR Intern to assist in recruitment and HR operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and core HR functions in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates

Support bulk hiring and daily recruitment activities

Coordinate and schedule interviews

Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

Assist in onboarding and documentation processes

Support basic HR operations and administrative tasks

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good time management and multitasking abilities

Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes

Organized and detail-oriented

BBA (HR) / (HR) / MBA (HR) or equivalent
