key responsibilities:

assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates from job portals and social media platforms.

schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

support the onboarding process of new hires.

maintain and update hr databases and records.

assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements.

participate in employee engagement activities and hr initiatives.

provide administrative support to the hr team as needed.

requirements:

currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in hr, business administration, or a related field.

strong communication and interpersonal skills.

good organizational and time-management abilities.

proficiency in ms office (word, excel, powerpoint).

eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
