Job Title: HR Specialist
Location - Mumbai
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
— Diploma or Degree with specialization in HR
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
— Planning and implementing learning & development programs.
— Preparing and implementing HR processes & policies.
— Oversee employee performance, Handle appraisal process and performance
linked incentives.
— Process Salary slips and Leave policy, etc
— Handling hiring process from floating JD, shortlisting, arranging interview, giving
offer and onboarding of new team members
— Handling formalities during retrenchment, termination or resignation from
employees
— Ensure employees personal files are maintained and update regularly.
— Identify where employees can improve with the help of department heads and
create training strategies
