Understanding the nature and importance of the requirement given by the client via telephonic discussions
Sourcing resumes through various channels such as Job Portals (, ), References, Database, etc. as per the client requirements.
Providing clients with relevant and quality candidates within the stipulated time frame.
Providing proper Counseling and guidance to Shortlisted candidates before interview.
Managing Database
Coordination with the clients.
Conducting the recruitment drives in the office and complete coordination with the clients and candidates also.
