Manage the organizations Employee Database and prepare reports/personnel records by recording
new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation,
sick, and personal time.
Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire On Boarding process, coordinating with
cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
Responsible for providing support and coordination on various projects and activities related to the
Performance Management Process
Provides measurement standards, targets and KRA-KPIs to the management team with respect to the
performance management process, including both informal performance and annual formal
performance appraisals
Ensures accurate and timely processing of Payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and
changes to pay rates.
