Key Responsibilities:
1. **Greeting Visitors**: Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable. This involves directing them to the appropriate person or department.
2. **Answering Phones**: Handle incoming calls efficiently and provide information or direct calls to the right staff members.
3. **Managing Appointments**: Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring that the calendar is up-to-date and that clients are informed of any changes.
4. **Handling Mail and Packages**: Receive and distribute mail and packages promptly, ensuring that all correspondence is handled correctly.
5. **Maintaining Records**: Keep accurate and organized records of visitors, calls, and appointments to ensure easy access to information.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates must have at least a 12th-grade education, with a preference for female applicants.
