we are looking for experienced freelance recruiters who can independently source, screen, and close candidates for telesales, telecaller, and insurance sector roles. this is a payout-only opportunity based on successful closures. you will play a key role in helping us meet our growing hiring needs with quality candidates.

responsibilities:

source and screen candidates for telesales, telecalling, and insurance sales roles.

conduct initial telephonic screening to assess communication skills and suitability.

schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.

follow up with candidates post-interview until joining.

maintain database and tracker of candidate progress.

requirements:

proven experience in recruiting for telesales, bpo, or insurance sales roles.

strong understanding of sourcing techniques via job portals, social media, and referrals.

ability to work independently and close positions within deadlines.

good communication and follow-up skills.
