role overview:
we are looking for dynamic and self-driven field sales executives to join our growing team at brain dot media.
the role involves on-ground client acquisition and property onboarding for advertising purposes.
the selected candidates will engage with homeowners and partners, promoting our house/villa advertising model and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
key responsibilities:
1. lead generation & prospecting
-identify potential house/villa owners for advertising partnerships.
-conduct 8-10 field meetings per day.
2. client onboarding & sales closure
- explain benefits and earning model (,000-,500/day).
- collect onboarding fees of ,999 per house/villa.
- achieve monthly target of 50 onboardings.
3. relationship management
- build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
- provide clear communication on campaigns and payments.
4. documentation & reporting
- maintain daily reports, crm entries, and collection records.
5. field operations
- conduct systematic territory mapping and identify premium ad locations.
candidate requirements:
education: graduate or diploma holder in any stream.
experience: 1-3 years in field sales, real estate, fmcg, advertising, or b2c marketing.
skills:
- excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- persuasive and confident in client-facing roles.
- local area knowledge and fluency in regional language.
- proficient in ms office and crm tools.
