responsibilities:
village / town visits: travel to various villages/towns and educate potential customers (retail shops / recharge centres / withdrawal through aadhar / photo state / stationary / csp centres) about our products and services.
lead data management: collect and update information about potential customers into the company database.
follow-up: follow-up on leads and convert them to tbp. contacting potential and existing tbps via phone, by whatsapp / sms, and in person.
onboarding: explain the usage of our services to new customers in detail and assist them in the onboarding process.
achieve sales targets: meet monthly and annual sales targets.
reporting: provide daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports and feedback to senior management as required.
customer service: attend to customer issues, questions, inquiries, complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
researching prospects: through proper networking and outreach, extract info of retail shops / recharge centres / withdrawal through aadhar centres / photo state shops / stationary shops / csp centres with an intent to evaluate them for potential tbp
marketing activities: participate in and execute various marketing activities and events successfully.
time management: complete tasks on time and manage break/idle time effectively.
