Job Overview
The Secondary Executive is responsible for supporting the sales by promoting and
selling the companys FMCG products. This role involves building and maintaining
distributors relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring high levels of
customer satisfaction. You will gain valuable experience in sales, marketing, and
customer relationship management.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain discipline on primary sales.
Promotes, sells and secure orders from existing and prospective customers
through a relationship-based approach
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current
customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate
new business.
Ensure regular service/visits to our stores as per the beat plan.
Ensure visibility /display of company product in stores.
Responsible for opening and managing the new & existing retail outlets on
a daily/regular basis.
Expedites the resolution of customers problems and complaints(Via
google form).
