job summary:
we are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated field sales executive to drive business growth by meeting prospective customers, promoting products/services, and closing sales. the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in the field.
key responsibilities:
identify, approach, and acquire new customers in the assigned territory.
visit existing clients regularly to maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
present and promote products/services to potential customers.
meet or exceed sales targets and business objectives.
conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitor activities.
maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer data.
coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and events as required.
ensure timely payment collection from customers.
required skills & qualifications:
proven experience in sales (field sales experience preferred).
strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
good knowledge of the local market and customer base.
basic computer skills (ms office, crm tools).
ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
education: minimum 12th pass / bachelors degree preferred.
