we are looking for a junior / trainee sales executive, please apply only if you can join within 2 weeks.

job responsibility:

1. client acquisition: prospect and convert potential customers into active clients through proactive ,

networking, and relationship building.

2. customer relationship management: build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

resolve customer concerns in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.

3. product knowledge: develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate

their features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.

4. market intelligence: stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. use

knowledge to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.

5. reporting and documentation: maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and

transactions. prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

6. collaboration: work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to achieve

collective goals and initiatives.

7. adherence to policies: adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales processes, pricing, and

delivery timelines.

requirements :

1. proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role, preferably in a field sales capacity.

2. strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

3. ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

4. excellent organizational and time management skills.

5. demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

6. bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or any graduate.
