Client Acquisition: Prospect and convert potential customers into active clients through proactive , networking, and relationship building.2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.4. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Use knowledge to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.5. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to achieve collective goals and initiatives.7.
