Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services directly to customers in the Lucknow area. Your primary goal will be to meet sales targets and build strong customer relationships. You will be required to travel to different locations to meet clients and generate leads.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.

- Meeting with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

- Presenting product information and pricing to customers in a compelling manner.

- Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet revenue targets.

- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

- Providing feedback to the marketing and product development teams.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently. Additionally, a basic understanding of sales techniques and strategies is required. A high school diploma or equivalent education is necessary, and prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
