Job Description:

We are an authorized franchisee of Kotak Securities and are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Field Sales Executives to acquire new clients for stock market trading and investment products.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new clients for Demat & Trading accounts

Promote Kotak Securities products such as Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, IPOs, and other investment solutions

Conduct field visits, references, and cold calling to generate leads

Explain basic stock market and investment concepts to clients

Assist clients with account opening and onboarding process

Achieve monthly client acquisition and revenue targets

Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide basic support

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

Interest in stock market & financial products

Good communication and convincing skills

Target-driven and self-motivated personality

Willingness to work in the field

NISM certification (preferred, not mandatory training support available)
