We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive with 1-3 years of experience to drive sales and build customer relationships in the Delhi NCR region. This role is ideal for self-starters who can work independently while achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities include:
1. **Prospecting New Clients**: Identify and reach out to potential customers in your assigned territory to expand our client base.
2. **Building Relationships**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. **Sales Presentations**: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our products or services to effectively showcase their value to potential buyers.
4. **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution of sales strategies.
5. **Market Research**: Gather feedback and insights from the market to identify trends and opportunities that can inform sales tactics.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You must be results-driven, organized, and capable of managing your time effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools will be a plus. A degree in any field is required, and previous experience in field sales will be beneficial. You should be comfortable with a work-from-home arrangement and willing to travel within the region as needed.
