Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive, your primary role will be to promote and sell our products to potential clients while working from home and traveling within your assigned territory. You will play a crucial part in expanding our customer base and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Generate Leads**: Identify potential customers by researching local markets and networks. This involves cold calling and meeting potential clients to build a solid sales pipeline.

- **Conduct Sales Visits**: Arrange and perform in-person visits with clients. This is essential for building relationships, understanding customer needs, and presenting our products effectively.

- **Present Products**: Clearly explain the features and benefits of our products to customers. Being knowledgeable about the products will help you address any questions and close sales successfully.

- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management. Staying motivated and focused will be key to your success in this role.

- **Maintain Customer Relationships**: Regularly follow up with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities. Building strong connections will foster long-term loyalty.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. A proactive approach and a strong desire to achieve results are essential. Being organized and able to manage your time effectively will help you balance traveling and reporting tasks. While prior sales experience is a plus, a passion for sales and eagerness to learn are equally valued. Candidates should also be comfortable with technology and possess basic computer skills for sales reporting.
