We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join our team and help us continue to build a strong, motivated workforce.Role Overview:The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all human resources activities, including recruitment, Onboarding Process, employee relations, performance management, Payroll Process, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding :Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.Employee Relations :Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance on company policies and procedures. Facilitate conflict resolution and address workplace issues in a fair and consistent manner.Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
