job summary:

we are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven sales executive to enhance business growth by increasing brand awareness, build strong customer relationships, and achieve high revenue targets. this role is ideal for dynamic professionals with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of generating lacs of revenue per month by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships

key responsibilities:

identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities in the skincare and personal care products segment.

build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

present product information effectively to clients and address their specific requirements.

achieve monthly sales targets through strategic planning and customer engagement.

negotiate pricing and terms to close high-value deals.

provide market feedback and competitor insights to management for product and strategy enhancement.

train and mentor junior sales staff where required to enhance team performance.

coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and operations) to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

candidate profile:

strong communication and customer service skills with a polished and professional personality.

proven track record in business growth and development of 2-3 years; experience in skincare or personal care products will be an advantage.

open to travel and meeting clients as required.

excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills.

ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

familiarity with the local market of delhi ncr is a plus.

bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
