sales target achievement: meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for two-wheeler loans.

lead generation: generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, and by following up on existing leads.

customer acquisition: acquire new customers by meeting potential customers to understand their needs and offer financing solutions.

relationship management: build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and other key stakeholders.

process management: collaborate with internal credit and processing teams to ensure the timely and compliant disbursement of loans.

market penetration: work to increase sales and market penetration by promoting special schemes, conducting loan melas, and increasing insurance penetration.

record keeping: maintain accurate sales records and reports.

required qualifications and skills

experience: 0-3 years of sales experience is often required, with prior experience in retail sales or the two-wheeler industry being a plus.

education: a bachelor's degree may required, also a strong understanding of the sales process is essential.
