on-site task completion: execute specific tasks at client locations, distribution centers, retail points, or other designated field areas. this may include surveys, site audits, equipment checks, or physical delivery.
coordination: coordinate with various internal teams (sales, logistics, technical support) and external partners to ensure smooth field operations.
problem resolution: directly address and resolve operational issues or client concerns encountered in the field, escalating complex problems to management.
2. client and stakeholder interaction
relationship management: serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients or vendors, maintaining a professional relationship and ensuring satisfaction.
information gathering: collect relevant data, feedback, or signatures from clients or sites, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
product/service introduction: introduce or demonstrate new products, services, or policies to external stakeholders in the field.
3. reporting and documentation
field reporting: document all site visits, activities performed, issues encountered, and outcomes achieved using mobile applications or reporting tools.
expense management: track and report mileage, travel time, and operational expenses accurately.
compliance: ensure all field activities adhere to company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
