2. client and stakeholder interaction
relationship management: serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients or vendors, maintaining a professional relationship and ensuring satisfaction.
information gathering: collect relevant data, feedback, or signatures from clients or sites, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
product/service introduction: introduce or demonstrate new products, services, or policies to external stakeholders in the field.
3. reporting and documentation
field reporting: document all site visits, activities performed, issues encountered, and outcomes achieved using mobile applications or reporting tools.
expense management: track and report mileage, travel time, and operational expenses accurately.
compliance: ensure all field activities adhere to company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
