Looking For Executive Assistant to Director

1. Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

2. Screen calls, emails, and requests; respond or redirect as appropriate.

3. Prepare reports, memos, letters, presentations, and other documents as needed.

4. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.

5. Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.

6. Maintain contact lists and ensure timely communication with key stakeholders.

7. Track deadlines, action items, and follow-ups to support decision-making.

8. Perform office management tasks, including filing systems and data entry.

9. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners as the Director’s representative.

10. Support project management tasks and other executive functions as assigned.
