Data Entry Operator - Job Role

Department: Branch Banking / Back Office

Position: Data Entry Operator

Job Responsibilities:

Enter and update customer information accurately in the banking system.

Maintain customer records, forms, and other branch documents.

Verify and organize KYC and account-related documents.

Scan and upload documents into the system.

Prepare and maintain daily reports/MIS using MS Excel.

Support account opening and other branch operational activities.

Maintain proper filing and documentation.

Coordinate with branch and operations teams for daily work.

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of customer data.

Assist with basic customer queries and administrative work when required.

Eligibility:

Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate

Freshers can apply.

Basic computer knowledge required.

Knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel preferred.

Good typing and data-entry accuracy.

Good communication and documentation skills.
