make outbound calls to prospects from lead lists or company-generated databases.

clearly explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and any current offers to potential customers.

persuade prospects to purchase products or services, ensuring a high conversion rate.

successfully convert qualified leads into sales.

accurately maintain and update customer details in the crm system.

excellent spoken english is mandatory.

age limit: 18 to 30 years.

open to all educational backgrounds. graduation is not required.

willingness to work in the night shift (us hours).

candidates must be based in vadodara, and if not, be open to relocation.

experience: 05 years. freshers are encouraged to apply.

perquisites:

five-day work week (monday to friday)

fixed weekly offs (saturday and sunday)

no rotational shifts consistent working hours
