Role Summary
The CRM Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships, improving customer experience, and ensuring effective use of CRM systems to support business growth, client retention, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Strategy & Management
Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention
Manage and optimize the CRM system to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting
Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers
Handle escalations and resolve customer issues efficiently
Sales & Revenue Support
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to track leads and conversions
Monitor customer lifecycle and ensure maximum client retention
Support revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate customer records and database hygiene
Generate regular reports on customer activity, sales performance, and retention metrics
Provide insights to management for decision-making
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead and guide the CRM team to achieve targets
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure productivity
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
Key Skills Required
