Key Responsibilities:
o Provide outstanding customer service in an inbound calling process.
o Manage customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
o Work collaboratively with team members and ensure client satisfaction.
o Handle calls and offer solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
o Meet the key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer service
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Mandatory: Graduation (Full-time or Part-time)
Communication Skills:
o Fluent in English & Hindi for CRT roles.
o Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience:
o Freshers and experienced candidates (0-5 years) are welcome to apply.
o Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
Shift Timings:
o For Male Candidates: Rotational shifts (24/7).
o For Female Candidates: Day rotational shift (No shifts beyond 8:30 PM).
Work Schedule:
o 5 days a week.
o 2 rotational off-days.
