Key Responsibilities:o Provide outstanding customer service in an inbound calling process.o Manage customer queries and resolve issues effectively.o Work collaboratively with team members and ensure client satisfaction.o Handle calls and offer solutions in a professional and courteous manner.o Meet the key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer serviceRequired Skills and Qualifications: Mandatory: Graduation (Full-time or Part-time) Communication Skills:o Fluent in English & Hindi for CRT roles.o Good interpersonal and communication skills.Experience:o Freshers and experienced candidates (0-5 years) are welcome to apply.o Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.Shift Timings:o For Male Candidates: Rotational shifts (24/7).o For Female Candidates: Day rotational shift (No shifts beyond 8:30 PM).Work Schedule:o 5 days a week.o 2 rotational off-days.
