Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our team in Patna, India. This is a full-time role ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping customers and solving their issues.

As a Customer Care Executive, your main duties will include addressing customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You will communicate with customers through phone, email, or chat, listening carefully to understand their needs and responding promptly to their queries.

Key responsibilities include:

- **Handling Inquiries**: Address incoming questions from customers to provide clear and helpful information about our services and products.

- **Resolving Issues**: Take ownership of complaints by investigating and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

- **Updating Records**: Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in our system for future references.

- **Following Up**: After resolving an issue, you will follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the solution provided.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. You should be able to work well under pressure and possess problem-solving abilities. Being detail-oriented, you should also have good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. A minimum of a 12th-grade education is required, and previous experience in customer service, though not mandatory, is a plus. We welcome freshers who are eager to learn and grow in this field.
