Job Description

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, along with a friendly and professional demeanor. A basic understanding of computer systems is essential, along with strong problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate patience and empathy, prioritizing customer satisfaction. Candidates should be adaptable and willing to learn, as this role may involve handling various customer-related tasks.
