Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle outbound/inbound calls.
2. Communicate professionally and clearly with customers.
3. Ensure timely follow-ups and achieve daily collection targets.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up
details.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
Eligibility:
1. Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Graduate in any discipline.
2. Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.

4. Communication Skills: Good communication skills
5. Other: Basic computer knowledge and adaptability to rotational
week-offs.
