Hiring Fresher / Customer Care Executive / Higher Secondary

Job Description

key responsibilities:

1. handle outbound/inbound calls.

2. communicate professionally and clearly with customers.

3. ensure timely follow-ups and achieve daily collection targets.

4. maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up

details.

5. coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.

eligibility:

1. education: minimum hsc (12th pass) or graduate in any discipline.

2. experience: both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.

3. gender: male/female

4. communication skills: good communication skills

5. other: basic computer knowledge and adaptability to rotational

week-offs.

process details:

1. shift timings: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (general shift)

2. days of working: 6 days working (rotational week-off)
