Key Responsibilities:

- Responding to Customer Inquiries: You will handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, answering their questions and providing information about our products and services.

- Maintaining Customer Records: You will keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, noting any issues or feedback to help improve our services.

- Providing Product Knowledge: You will stay informed about our products and services so you can give customers the most accurate information and support.

- Collaborating with Team Members: You will work with other team members to share information and solve complex issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written. A pleasant and friendly demeanor is essential for interacting with customers. You should be patient and able to work under pressure, as well as demonstrate problem-solving abilities. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software are also important.
