Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated CRM Executive to join our team in Metoda GIDC. This is a full-time position, suitable for fresh graduates, specifically those with a degree. The primary focus of this role is to manage client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Manage Customer Interactions:** Handle inquiries and provide assistance to clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.

- **Data Entry and Management:** Input and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system, helping to keep track of client interactions and history.

- **Generate Reports:** Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and feedback, assisting in the analysis of trends and areas for improvement.

- **Support Sales Team:** Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing customers.

- **Conduct Customer Surveys:** Design and administer surveys to gather customer feedback, which will help enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interactions with clients.
