job title: team lead (collections)

location: navi mumbai (mahape)

salary -20,000 to 25,000 per month

eligibility criteria

1. should know throughput calculation like attrition, shrinkage.

2. should have handled minimum 15 to 20 agents as team lead.

3. should handle the team weekly reviews and encourage team to meet organizational goals .

4. responsible for staff retention within the team.

5. should be aware of kras, kpis.

6. should be from collection background handling financial products (insurance, pl, other loans etc)

7. should have role experience: minimum 1 -2 years nil-pause.

interview timings:10 am to 5 pm (monday - saturday)
