the primary objective of the client relationship manager is to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

responsibilities:

- proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and objectives.

- serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

- develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

- collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products or services.

- identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.

- conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction and gather feedback.

- resolve issues and conflicts to maintain positive client relationships.

communication:

- communicate clearly and effectively with clients through various channels.

- prepare and present reports on client account status professionally and concisely.

client acquisition:

- identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base.

- collaborate with the sales team to generate new business.

requirements:

- proven experience as a client relationship manager or similar role.

- strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

- in-depth knowledge of the industry and market trends.

qualifications:

- hsc/graduate

- relevant certifications or additional training is a plus.
