Position: Client Relationship ManagerLocation: Goregaon EastCompensation: 1.80 LPA to 2.75LPAContact Number: 9372437985Email ID: jyotiyadavvflex@gmail.comObjective:The primary objective of the Client Relationship Manager is to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Responsibilities:- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and objectives.- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products or services.- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.- Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction and gather feedback.- Resolve issues and conflicts to maintain positive client relationships.Communication:- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients through various channels.- Prepare and present reports on client account status professionally and concisely.Client Acquisition:- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base.- Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business.Requirements:- Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or similar role.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.- In-depth knowledge of the industry and market trends.Qualifications:- HSC/Graduate- Relevant certifications or additional training is a plus.Metrics and Targets:- Meet or exceed client retention and satisfaction goals.- Achieve upselling and cross-selling targets.- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
