Job Description

As a Client Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively present the company's services and achieve business growth.

Requirements

Educational Qualification: MBA/BBA or any Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).

Communication Skills: Excellent English communication with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Client Acquisition: Ability to identify, approach, and engage prospective clients through calls, emails, and networking.

Negotiation Skills: Strong convincing and negotiation abilities with a customer-focused approach.

Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Sales Mindset: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about business development.

Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and lead generation.

Present the company's research and technical services to prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with scholars, institutions, and corporate clients.

Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into successful business opportunities.

Coordinate with the CRM and Technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and business activities.

Achieve monthly client acquisition and revenue targets.
