Job Description

The Civil Site Incharge will oversee construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget in Delhi NCR , Delhi , India. This role requires both technical knowledge and effective team management skills to ensure high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

QUANTITY SURVEYING AND COST ESTIMATION SKILLS MANDATORY

1. **Project Supervision**: Manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and quality standards. This includes coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to meet project deadlines.

2. **Team Leadership**: Lead a team of engineers, laborers, and subcontractors. Provide guidance and support, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.

3. **Quality Control**: Conduct regular inspections of construction activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines. Address any issues promptly to avoid delays.

4. **Budget Management**: Monitor project expenses and resources carefully. Prepare reports to track costs and ensure the project remains within its budget.

5. **Communication**: Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or changes.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a degree in Civil Engineering or related fields, with 2 to 8 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for effective teamwork. Proficiency in project management tools and a solid understanding of construction processes are necessary. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of solving problems swiftly to keep projects on track.
