We are looking for a Civil Site Incharge to oversee construction projects in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have between 1 to 7 years of experience in the civil engineering field, holding an advanced or higher diploma. This full-time role requires expertise in managing site activities, and only male candidates will be considered. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Supervision of Site Activities:** Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and meets quality standards.- **Team Coordination:** Collaborate with various teams, including foremen, laborers, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to timelines.- **Project Planning:** Assist in the preparation of project plans and schedules, coordinating the work to ensure deadlines are met.- **Safety Management:** Implement safety protocols and ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations to protect workers and equipment.- **Quality Control:** Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure it meets project specifications and quality standards.- **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of site progress, daily activities, and any issues that arise, reporting to senior management.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team. Problem-solving abilities are essential for addressing site challenges. Proficiency in construction technology and understanding civil engineering principles are crucial. A good knowledge of safety regulations and experience in site management software will be beneficial. The candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.

Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors- Planning the work and efficiently organising the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines- Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site

Must have experinec in building finishing work. Candidates shall be able to supervise the finising works of Structues like Banquet halls, Residential housing complex, 5 star hotels. Vaccancy exists in Faridabad, Haryana and in Bangalore.
