Job Description

Location: Mumbai / Thane, Miraroad

Job Type: Full-time

Industry: Visa & Immigration Services

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for work, student, and immigration visa

enquiries

Convert leads into walk-ins or confirmed applicants

Explain visa programs, pricing, process, and timelines to potential

candidates

Maintain daily call logs and update CRM with lead statuses

Follow up with interested clients consistently and meet daily/weekly targets

Coordinate with processing team to keep applicants informed

Job Title: Telecaller Visa

Sales (WFO)

Requirements:

Min. 1 year of experience in visa or immigration calling/sales

Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English mandatory)

Familiarity with Gulf, Europe, and work / Student visa processes is a plus

Target-driven and proactive in following up on leads

Ability to work under pressure and handle objections professionally

Working Days: 6 Days/week | Work from Office (No WFH)
