Job Role & Responsibilities:
Identifying potential customers through networking and cold calling and attending industry events.
Build and maintain relationship with clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales
Balancing multiple accounts and sales efforts efficiently
Follow up on leads generated with marketing
Utilize various channels such as job boards (., Dice, Indeed, Monster), LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks to source qualified IT professionals.
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their career goals, technical skills, and long-term aspirations.
