Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Caller, based on-site in Chandigarh , Jammu , Mandi. The Caller will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential and existing clients to provide information about Insurance services, answer queries, and resolve client concerns. Key tasks include, following up on leads, updating customer information in CRM systems, and maintaining an organized record of interactions.
