Key Responsibilities:Own the liabilities for the branch and direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, administration and sales.Responsible for working towards achieving sustainable profitability for Liabilities sales of the branchCustodian of people, processes and documents for the branch; expected to manage the liabilities for the branch and work towards achieving sustainable profitabilityManage a team of Relationship Manager-Branch Banking, Branch Operation & Service Manager and Branch Relationship Manager to drive client acquisition, deepening of existing relationships and addressing all needs of customers by providing gamut of banking services.Assess and monitor portfolio quality and loan limits, Conduct field audits and customer verificationsAchieve productivity, efficiency, financial (budget and cash flow), customer service targets and ensure statutory compliance for the branchAssess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needsAdhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable lawsRole Proficiencies:Candidate should have relevant 2 years of experience of handling Branch.Interview Date: 8th January 2025Time: 10 AM to 12 PMJob Location: Punjab (New Branches - Kharar, Rajpura, Jagraon and Roopnagar.)Interview location- Chandigarh
