Job Description

we are looking for an experienced and dynamic general manager (business head) to lead our honda

two-wheeler dealership operations in guwahati. the ideal candidate will be responsible for

overseeing all dealership functions, driving sales performance, ensuring superior customer

satisfaction, and managing a high-performing team to achieve business targets.

key responsibilities:

● oversee day-to-day dealership operations, including sales, service, spares, finance, and administration.

● develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.

● lead and motivate the sales and service teams to deliver exceptional performancen and meet oem (honda) standards.

● monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and control operational costs.

● maintain strong relationships with honda officials, customers, and vendors.

● ensure compliance with all dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, andn statutory requirements.

● plan and execute local marketing, promotional, and customer engagement activities.

● regularly review customer feedback and take corrective actions to improve service quality.

● drive digital transformation and process improvements within the dealership.

requirements:

● bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, automobile engineering, or a related field.

● 10–15 years of proven experience in managing an automobile dealership (preferably

honda two-wheeler or similar brands).

● strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

● excellent understanding of dealership operations, customer handling, and oem coordination.

● proven track record of achieving sales and service excellence.
