salary: ₹20,000 - ₹50,000 per month (fixed) + commission + team override incentives

reports to: business owner / managing director

role summary:

the business development manager leads sales strategy and team management, requiring graduation qualification, sales experience, and essential tools like two wheeler and laptop.

key responsibilities:

develop and implement growth strategies.

lead, mentor and monitor sales team performance.

build/maintain client and builder relationships.

recruit and train sales staff.

manage commission payouts and coordinate marketing efforts.

qualifications & skills:

minimum education: graduation.

must own a two wheeler and laptop.

6 months to 2 years sales experience preferred.

strong leadership and communication skills.
