KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Cold Calling:
o Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services.
o Effectively communicate the value proposition and overcome objections.

2. Target Achievement:
o Set clear and achievable targets for the based on business objectives.

3. Strategy Development for Target Achievement:
o Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
o Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
o Provide input on pricing, product positioning, and promotional strategies to drive sales.
4. Sales Execution:
o Actively participate in high-value sales opportunities and client negotiations.
o Ensure adherence to the sales process, from lead qualification to deal closure.
o Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product teams, to support sales efforts.
