Job Responsibility:
ï‚· Corporate Ad Sales profile (Digital Marketing/Promotion Services)
ï‚· Identify & source active real estate advertisers / Developers via online and offline
sources.
ï‚· Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
ï‚· Responsible for B2B lead generation & management, sales, and business
development in Mumbai.
ï‚· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction.
ï‚· Creation of a database of real estate developers & brokers.
ï‚· Give a presentation to advertisers about our marketing services & packages.
ï‚· Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
ï‚· Responsible for client conversion, retention of existing clients, and references.
ï‚· Developing and maintaining the database, regular reporting & follow-ups
ï‚· If candidates with relevant experience are appointed at a managerial level, they
would be given a team to handle.
Skills Required:
ï‚· Candidates with basic knowledge of Digital Marketing will be given preference
ï‚· Candidates with experience in B2B-Corporate Sales/Real Estate will be preferred
ï‚· Candidates born and bought in Mumbai will be given preference
