key responsibilities:

* market research:

* lead generation:

develop and implement strategies for lead generation through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

qualify leads and arrange meetings with prospective clients.

* client relationship management:

build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their it needs and business challenges.

act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations based on industry best practices.

* proposal and presentation development:

prepare and present customized proposals that align with client needs, highlighting the value of our it solutions.

collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposals are accurate and feasible.

* sales strategy execution:

develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.

track sales performance metrics and report progress to management.

* collaboration with internal teams:

work closely with marketing, project management, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

share feedback from clients with internal teams to improve service offerings.

* continuous improvement:

identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the overall business development strategy.

stay informed about emerging technologies and it solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

qualifications:

* bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field.

*1-2 years of experience in business development or sales within the it sector.

* strong understanding of it services, software development, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies.

* excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
