Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development
Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team. The BDE will play a crucial role in driving the
company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining
client relationships, and promoting our services.
Key Responsibilities:
ˆ™ Lead Generation & Prospecting
ˆ™ Identify potential clients through various channels (online research, Calls,
networking etc.) ˆ™ Maintaining the Data
ˆ™ Sales & Revenue Generation
ˆ™ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
ˆ™ Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets
ˆ™ Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue
forecasts.
Qualifications & Skills:
ˆ™ Bachelor's degree
ˆ™ Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a
similar role. ˆ™ Excellent communication, negotiation, and
interpersonal skills.
ˆ™ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
ˆ™ Proficiency in MS Office & Excel & Should be comfortable with calling.
ˆ™ Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Salary: For fresher - 16,000 to 18,000 + Performance-Based Incentives
For experience- 17,000 to 22,000 + Performance-Based Incentives
