What will you do?
- Actively engage in direct outreach to prospects, initiating conversations and identifying
their needs and challenges.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients through personalized
communication and consistent follow-up.
- Foster enduring relationships with clients through personalised communication and
consistent follow-up, leveraging insights gained from cold calls.
- Customize solutions to address the unique needs and objectives of prospective clients,
showcasing a comprehensive understanding of their challenges.
- Strategically schedule and coordinate outreach efforts, arranging discussions and
appointments between potential clients and account managers.
- Work closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure a unified approach
to client engagement and project execution.
- Efficiently schedule and manage outreach efforts, coordinating meetings and discussions
between potential clients and the relevant account managers.
- Maintain detailed records of all outbound lead interactions, including cold calls,
follow-ups, and meetings, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and
meeting outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, using these insights to refine
outreach strategies and improve results.
- Continuously work towards exceeding sales targets by generating qualified leads through
proactive outreach.
